Welcome to the CATCHLIFE30 Challenge! The information on this welcome page is designed to set you up for success during your CATCHLIFE30 Challenge. This challenge will help you make positive lifestyle choices by focusing on daily goals in the areas of hydration, nutrition, physical activity, social/emotional health, and sleep.

CHALLENGE OVERVIEW

CATCHLIFE30 CHALLENGE

3 PREP Days

You will have 3 PREP Days starting this Friday. These PREP Days are designed to prepare you for the challenge ahead. You will NOT be monitoring your goals during the PREP Days.

On these 3 days you will receive one text notification at 6:00 AM. Each link will have a short content piece to read, a 2-minute video to watch and you will also answer question(s) each day. These pre-challenge questions are critical to help provide you with a personal comprehensive analysis report at the end of your challenge. Each day please complete the PREP tasks and click on the blue tab at the bottom that says "Click to Record All Your Answers".

30 Challenge Days

Morning

Starting next Monday you will receive a morning text notification each day at 6:00 AM for the 30 days of the Challenge.

The 6 AM prompt includes a quick link to the day's topic. You will:

  • READ a short post about the topic
  • WATCH a short video about the topic.
  • CLICK to confirm that you've completed these tasks.
  • ANSWER the level you met your SLEEP goal.

Once you have completed these tasks (2-3 minutes) you will click on the blue tab at the bottom that says "Click to Record All Your Answers".

Evening

Starting next Monday you will also receive a text notification each evening at 7:00 PM for the 30 days of the Challenge.

The 7 PM prompt includes questions regarding how you did related to your daily goals, other than sleep. You will:

  • ANSWER the level you met your HYDRATION goal.
  • ANSWER the level you met your PHYSICAL ACTIVITY goal.
  • ANSWER the level you met your FRUIT, VEGETABLE, DESSERT goals.
  • ANSWER the level you met your SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL HEALTH goals.

Once you have completed these tasks (2-3 minutes) you will click on the blue tab at the bottom that says "Click to Record All Your Answers".
